Rise and Shine

Mix it up this weekend with Shine Vodka’s brunch cocktail recipes

SPARKLING VODKA GREYHOUND

Add a delightful twist to the classic Vodka Greyhound using bubbly Topo Chico.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Shine Vodka

  • 4 oz grapefruit juice

  • Topo Chico (to top off)

  • Slice of grapefruit, for garnish

  • 1 sprig rosemary, for garnish (optional)

Steps

  1. Combine the vodka and grapefruit juice in an ice-filled shaker.

  2. Shake thoroughly until well-chilled.

  3. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass with ice.

  4. Top off with Topo Chico and stir gently.

  5. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit (and optional rosemary).

Pro tip: briefly simmer a rosemary sprig in your grapefruit juice to infuse it with flavor—just let it cool before mixing the cocktail!

Transfusion

Popular on the putting green, the Transfusion cocktail is anything but par for the course—especially when it’s made with Shine Vodka!

  • 1½ oz Concord grape juice

  • ¼ oz fresh lime juice

  • Ginger ale (to top off)

  • Lime slice, for garnish

Steps

  1. Pour Shine Vodka, grape juice, and lime juice into an ice-filled glass.

  2. Stir until well-chilled.

  3. Garnish with lime slice and enjoy.
