Espresso Vodka Martini
A modern classic, this cocktail is a go-to digestif with a sharp, lively kick.
Ingredients
2 oz Shine Vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur (we recommend St. George’s NOLA Coffee Liqueur)
1 oz espresso
½ oz simple syrup (optional, for those with a sweet tooth)
Coffee beans, for garnish
Steps
Combine Shine Vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and simple syrup in an ice-filled shaker.
Shake vigorously until well-chilled and frothy.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.
Salted Caramel Espresso Martini

Ingredients
2 oz Shine Vodka
½ oz coffee liqueur
1 oz espresso
Coffee beans, for garnish
½ oz salted caramel simple syrup:
1 cup water
½ cup sugar
2 bar spoons vanilla extract
1 pinch sea salt
Steps
Combine Shine Vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and caramel simple syrup in an ice-filled shaker.
Shake vigorously until well-chilled and frothy.
Strain into a glass and garnish with coffee beans or another drizzle of caramel simple syrup.
SALTED CARAMEL SIMPLE SYRUP RECIPE
Set aside ½ cup water; pour equal amounts of sugar and water in a saucepan over low-medium heat. Without stirring, allow it to caramelize (until it becomes a deep amber color).
Remove from heat; add remaining water, then stir in vanilla extract and sea salt.
Bring contents to a full boil, then stir to preferred syrup consistency.
Let syrup cool, use as needed, then refrigerate any leftover.
