Shine & Vine Spritz

A bright and boozy interpretation of the Aperol Spritz.

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Shine Vodka

  • ¾ oz Aperol

  • ¾ oz freshly muddled cucumber juice

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

  • ¼ oz dry vermouth

  • Splash of club soda (to top off)

  • Cucumber ribbon, for garnish

Steps

  1. Muddle a few slices of cucumber in a mixing glass.

  2. Pour in Shine Vodka, Aperol, lime juice, and dry vermouth.

  3. Add ice, then stir until well-chilled.

  4. Strain into a stemless wine glass filled with ice.

  5. Top with a splash of club soda and garnish with cucumber ribbon.


Raspberry Rose Royale

Add Shine Vodka and lime for a tart, floral twist on the Kir Royale.

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Shine Vodka

  • ¾ oz rose cordial syrup (we recommend Portland Syrups)

  • 4 oz brut cava

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

  • ¼ oz raspberry liqueur (we recommend Chambord)

  • 1 lime slice or wedge, for garnish

Steps

  1. Combine Shine Vodka, rose cordial syrup, and lime juice in an ice-filled shaker. Shake well.

  2. Strain the mixture into a large coupe glass, then top with brut cava.

  3. Using the back of a bar spoon, float the raspberry liqueur on top.

  4. Garnish with lime and enjoy.


Vodka Negroni

Replace gin with Shine Vodka for a cleaner, more refreshing negroni.

Ingredients

  • 1¼ oz Shine Vodka

  • ½ oz Campari

  • ½ oz sweet vermouth

  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Steps

  1. Pour Shine Vodka, Campari, and sweet vermouth into a mixing glass filled halfway with ice.

  2. Using a bar spoon, stir slowly but thoroughly to preserve the liquor’s clarity.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass with 1–2 ice cubes, then garnish with lemon twist.
