It’s a Mule World
International takes on the classic Moscow Mule
Dorset Donkey
This British interpretation is sweeter than a traditional Moscow Mule.

1–2 bar spoons Morello cherry syrup (from jar)
½ oz fresh lime juice
Ginger ale (to top off)
Sage leaves, for garnish
Steps
Pour the Shine Vodka, lime juice, and Morello syrup into a copper mug filled with crushed ice.
Top with ginger ale and stir until well-chilled.
Garnish with sage leaves and a Morello cherry, then enjoy.
Mediterranean Mule
This coastal version of a Moscow Mule also evokes the flavors of fall!
Ingredients
2 oz Shine Vodka
3 oz ginger beer (we recommend Fever-Tree)
¾ oz fresh lime juice
¾ oz pomegranate juice
Pomegranate seeds, for garnish
Pear slice (optional, for garnish)
Steps
Pour the Shine Vodka, lime juice, and pomegranate juice into a copper mug filled with crushed ice.
Top with ginger beer and stir gently until well-chilled.

Pro-tip: make your own pear-infused Shine Vodka—simply add fresh pear slices and let the vodka soak for 4–5 days!

This herbaceous cocktail adds an Australian-inspired twist to the classic.
