A creamy, delicately sweet and bright cocktail that tastes like an elegant, lavender-infused Piña Colada.
INGREDIENTS
1½ oz Shine Vodka
½ oz coconut rum
¼ oz heavy cream
½ oz egg white
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
2 dashes lavender bitters
Steps
Fill a shaker two-thirds of the way with ice, then pour in all of the ingredients.
Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled and frothy.
Strain into a coupe glass and enjoy.
THYME, LIME & LAVENDER CRISP
This floral vodka cocktail is the sophisticated older sibling of lavender lemonade. It goes down fast and quenches thirst, but take a moment to savor this beverage’s full bouquet of flavors.
INGREDIENTS
2 sprigs lavender, set aside 1 for garnish
2 sprigs thyme, set aside 1 for garnish
2 oz Shine Vodka
½ oz elderflower liqueur (we recommend St. Germain)
1 tsp fresh lime juice
1 splash soda water (to top off)
STEPS
Fill a shaker halfway with ice.
In a bar tin, muddle 1 sprig each of lavender and thyme with lime juice.
Add Shine Vodka and elderflower liqueur to shaker. Shake well.
Pour over ice into a small goblet or stemmed rocks glass.
Top with soda water, then garnish with lavender and thyme.

Raspberry Rose Royale
INGREDIENTS
1½ oz Shine Vodka
¾ oz rose cordial syrup (we recommend Portland Syrups)
4 oz brut cava
½ oz fresh lime juice
¼ oz raspberry liqueur (we recommend St. George’s Spirits)
1 lime slice or wedge, for garnish
STEPS
Combine Shine Vodka, rose cordial syrup, and lime juice in an ice-filled shaker. Shake well.
Strain the mixture into a large coupe glass, then top with brut cava.
Using the back of a bar spoon, float the raspberry liqueur on top.
Garnish with lime and enjoy.
