Thyme, Lime & Lavender Crisp

This indulgent cocktail is deceptively simple; your guests will marvel at the cool, crisp, and complex flavors. Recipe yields 6 small mixed drinks.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 sprigs lavender, set aside 3 for garnish 

  • 6 sprigs thyme, set aside 3 for garnish 

  • 12 oz Shine Vodka 

  • 3 oz elderflower liqueur (we recommend St. Germain)

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • Soda water (to top off)

STEPS

  1. Pack 6 glasses half full with ice.

  2. In a bar tin, muddle 3 sprigs each of lavender and thyme with lime juice .

  3. Add Shine Vodka and elderflower liqueur to shaker. Shake well.

  4. Pour each serving over ice and top with soda water.

  5. Encourage guests to add their preferred combination of lavender and thyme garnish.


Caipiroska

This simple take on the Caipirinha substitutes the traditional cachaça in favor of vodka.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Shine Vodka

  • 1 oz simple syrup (or 1 tbsp granulated white sugar)

  • 1 lime, cut into quarters, for garnish

STEPS

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice and set aside to chill.

  2. In a mixing glass, add the simple syrup (or sugar) and lime quarters.

  3. Muddle to extract the juice without forcing the rind from the limes.

  4. Pour the ice from the rocks glass into the mixing glass, add Shine Vodka, and stir until well-chilled.

  5. Empty the mixing glass into the rocks glass (ice included) and garnish with lime.


Mediterranean Mule

This coastal version of a Moscow Mule also evokes the flavors of fall!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Shine Vodka

  • 3 oz ginger beer (we recommend Fever-Tree)

  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice

  • ¾ oz pomegranate juice

  • Pomegranate seeds, for garnish

  • Pear slice (optional, for garnish)

Steps

  1. Pour the Shine Vodka, lime juice, and pomegranate juice into a copper mug filled with crushed ice.

  2. Top with ginger beer and stir gently until well-chilled.

  3. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and optional pear slice.

Pro-tip: make your own pear-infused Shine Vodka—simply add fresh pear slices and let the vodka soak for 4–5 days!
